Any prices, budgets or cost guidance shown on this website or discussed before inspection are indicative only. Final pricing depends on measurements, design detail, materials, hardware, finishes, access, installation complexity and any requested changes.

A quote becomes valid only when provided by VENGE in writing. Unless stated otherwise in the quote, pricing may change if the scope, site conditions, materials, supplier costs, delivery costs or timing changes.

Custom joinery is made specifically for each space. You are responsible for checking drawings, dimensions, finishes, hardware selections and project details supplied for approval before production begins.

Once materials are ordered or production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional cost and time. VENGE will confirm practical options where a change is requested.

Images, samples and website photographs are provided as a guide. Natural timber, veneer, stone, laminate, painted finishes and hardware can vary in colour, grain, texture and appearance between batches, screens and lighting conditions.

VENGE aims to recommend suitable materials and hardware for the intended use, but final selections should be confirmed before ordering. Supplier availability may affect timing or require equivalent alternatives.

Payment terms, deposits, progress payments and final payment requirements will be set out in the relevant quote, invoice or project agreement. Work may be scheduled only after required approvals and payments are received.

Project timeframes are estimates and may be affected by approvals, supplier delays, access, site readiness, other trades, weather, variations or events outside VENGE's reasonable control.

You must provide safe and reasonable site access for measurement, delivery and installation. The area should be ready for work, clear of obstacles and suitable for installation on the agreed date.

Additional costs may apply if installation is delayed or made more difficult by incomplete building works, restricted access, unsafe conditions, hidden defects, incorrect site information or changes by other trades.

All website content, including text, images, branding, layouts, designs and project photography, is owned by or licensed to VENGE unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Design concepts, drawings and specifications prepared by VENGE remain the intellectual property of VENGE unless a written agreement states otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, VENGE is not liable for loss or damage arising from website use, reliance on general website content, delays outside our reasonable control or issues caused by inaccurate information supplied to us.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

When you submit an enquiry or contact VENGE, your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Telegram notifications so enquiries can be received promptly.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to provide any project, property or contact details included in your enquiry.

VENGE may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is published on this website.
